AMCCBREAKS SHIPPING POLICY 2025
Thank you for being part of our sports card breaking community! We strive to ensure that every collector receives their cards promptly and securely. Please read our updated shipping policy, effective January 1st, 2025, carefully.
1. Domestic Collectors in Malaysia
Eligibility for Free Shipping:
If you join 3 or more individual breaks, you will automatically qualify for free domestic shipping. This applies to residents within Malaysia.
Shipping Before Completing 3 Breaks:
You may choose to have your cards shipped before completing 3 breaks, but in this case, you will need to pay the full shipping fee. Shipping will be done at our convenience, especially during busy periods. The shipping fee may vary based on your location within Malaysia. Please contact us for an exact shipping quote.
In-Store Pick-Up:
In-store pick-up is available at the AM Cards Collectibles Retail Store in Bandar Botanic, Klang. Please notify us in advance if you plan to pick up your cards so we can ensure they are prepared and sorted. We aim to complete sorting and packing within 7 business days after a break.
2. International Shipping
Free Shipping for International Collectors:
Free shipping is available for international collectors after joining 3 or more individual breaks. You can also stack your cards over multiple breaks, and shipping will be free once you reach this threshold.
Card Stacking for Local Sales:
Card stacking is allowed for international collectors if you buy cards from local sales posts and need a Malaysian address to ship to. However, you are responsible for the cards and shipping fees involved. All stacked cards are subject to approval.
Shipping for Large Stacks:
If your stack exceeds the number of breaks you’ve joined, you will be required to cover 50% of the shipping fee.
Overseas Shipping Frequency:
Overseas shipping occurs every two months for stacks. However, if you need your stack shipped immediately, you may pay the full shipping price, and it will be shipped within the same week.
Base Cards:
For overseas collectors, base cards will not ship unless the buyer covers 50% of the shipping fee. Specific base cards can be shipped without additional charges if they do not add significant weight to the shipment. If you wish to have base cards ship for a break, you must request base cards from the break within 1 day of the break completion.
Cards that Ship:
Numbered cards, refractors, inserts, autographs, and any hits from breaks will always be shipped unless stated otherwise.
3. Stack Shipping to Singapore
We offer stack shipping to Singapore via the SCS Facebook group. To qualify for this option, you must have a stack with SCS. Breaks I host on SCS are also counted towards your stack. A single shipment containing multiple collectors’ cards will be consolidated in Singapore for delivery.
Collectors are responsible for your cards in this arrangement.
Free Stack Shipping:
Stack shipping is typically covered by us if you have surpassed 3 breaks. Overseas shipping terms will apply.
Future Partnerships:
For any new partnerships with other breakers in 2025, we will integrate the same shipping terms outlined here.
4. Shipping Method
All packages are shipped via tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery. You may request your own courier service, but in this case, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.
For international shipments, we will choose the best shipping method (e.g., FedEx, DHL, or other carriers) based on your location.
5. Shipping Timing
Domestic Shipments: Domestic shipping is conducted at the end of each month.
International Shipments: International shipments will occur every two months. This may vary depending on the number of active breaks in a particular month.
6. Additional Information
Expedited Shipping & Special Requests: If you require expedited shipping or have other specific requests (e.g., signature confirmation), please inform us in advance. Additional fees may apply.
Address Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before each break to avoid delays or complications.
Shipping Requests: You can request shipping by commenting on the end-of-month shipping post or by messaging us privately. We will not assume that you need your cards shipped unless you clearly indicate your desire to do so during the shipping month.
